Yeah yeah yeah, you’ve heard it all before.

The biggest gem you’ve never heard of, the industry’s best kept secret etc.

But honestly, I hadn’t heard of them and based on who they work with and what they do, I should have.

Things are changing. Organic growth and retaining great clients has seen them grow to a solid £4m TO but to really move forward, they need you and your skills.

You know you’re good at what you do but you’ve always wanted to do things your way.

Without someone sat on your shoulder talking about bloody metrics, ratios, sales targets and what your output is each day.

It’s draining, but the pure adrenaline rush you get from closing a deal keeps you there.

What if there was another way though.

One where you work when and where you want, move at your own pace and have the complete freedom to set your own goals.

Of course you’ll have a target, but you’ve been in the game long enough to know how to hit it and when things needs to happen.

You’ll have the support you need when you need it and no one will get in your way when you need to take a client to lunch, or to an event, a show, or fly them to Vegas.

Okay that last one isn’t true but I got carried away.

The thing is they don’t care if you work one day a week or seven, it’s all about the results.

Its why salary is more important to them than bonus, they don’t want you stressing about making commission. They will pay you a really good basic to do the job so you can plan your life rather than live monthly.

I know right, it’s such an obvious concept when you think about it as surely your best work is achieved when you’re enjoying it rather than needing to hit an arbitrary number each quarter.

This is a fully autonomous opportunity with a company that has embraced work life balance more than I’ve ever seen. I’m old so this sentence is powerful.

Now it’s over to you, hit apply and let’s have a confidential chat.

Who knows where it will take you.

**PLEASE NOTE** this opportunity is only open to UK based #eventprofs #meetingprofs with a track record of successful sales, growth, development or whatever you want to call closing deals whilst not being an a$$hole.

Don’t worry if your CV isn’t up to date, we can deal with that later.

Oh, I also run a £1k recommend a friend scheme, so please feel free to share with your connections.
